On air, one of the well-known representatives of the opposition doubts the expediency of holding open and fair elections in Armenia. Do we understand what this means? This means that the sovereignty of Armenia is controversial, because the source of sovereignty is the people, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a press conference today, APA reports.

He noted that a number of internal and external forces need war, and this is aimed at implementing the change of leadership without elections.

"The same scenario was implemented during the 44-day War. They want to provoke a war, ensure a change of leadership in Armenia without elections as a result of the war, to abolish the de facto and then de jure sovereignty of Armenia by establishing an illegitimate, puppet government in Armenia," he said.
