A total of 8 people (3 men, 5 women) injured in the plane crash in Aktau, Kazakhstan, are continuing to receive treatment at the Yeni Klinika, TABIB tod APA.
Noted that each of them underwent the necessary instrumental-diagnostic examination by qualified medical specialists (orthopedic-traumatologist, neurosurgeon, resuscitation specialist, thoracic surgeon, infectious disease specialist) and are currently under medical observation: "Of the patients hospitalized at the Yeni Klinika on December 30, the condition of 1 patient is moderately severe and stable.
The condition of 2 patients brought to the Yeni Klinika in a traumatic coma is assessed as critically severe and stable. They are currently provided with respiratory support. Both patients, diagnosed with head trauma, various degrees of fractures, blunt chest trauma and pneumo-hemothorax, are being treated in the Intensive Care Unit in accordance with the protocol.
It should be noted that 5 of the 14 previously hospitalized patients are currently receiving inpatient treatment at the Yeni Klinika. Their condition is satisfactory.
Relevant instructions have been given to monitor the health status of those discharged home for outpatient treatment by relevant medical institutions. Those who returned to their residential addresses were visited by a team consisting of a doctor and psychologist from the local medical facility."
