According to him, "ASAN service" is a leading practice: "This practice is commendable. The agency is highly valued by the UN. This is the leading practice in Azerbaijan. A number of other countries benefit from this practice. Considering the crisis situation in the world, the existence and commitment of this kind of public service is very important.”
