NATO's multinational brigade in Latvia has launched large-scale military exercises in the eastern part of the country, LSM reports.
The exercises, named "Resolute Reforger 2026," will be held from October 26 to November 8.
Approximately 3,000 military personnel and 1,000 pieces of military equipment from NATO's multinational brigade in Latvia are participating in the exercises.
During the exercises, units of the NATO brigade will carry out tasks related to force deployment, logistics, command and control, and communications, as well as improve cooperation with the Latvian Armed Forces.
The main objective of the exercises is to test the brigade's ability to deploy units over long distances, ensure their supply, and coordinate their activities.
