"Three Azerbaijani individuals who were injured as a result of an accident involving an Azerbaijan Airlines aircraft near the city of Aktau are continuing their treatment in the Republic of Kazakhstan," the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan told APA.
According to the Ministry, alongside medical assistance, moral support is also important for the swift recovery of the injured. To this end, Azerbaijani medical professionals and the injured individuals' close relatives are being sent to Kazakhstan.
The medical personnel sent to Kazakhstan will ensure the coordination of treatment efforts between the healthcare experts of both countries, while the relatives will provide the necessary moral support for the swift recovery of the injured. Once their condition is satisfactory and suitable for evacuation, their immediate transfer to Baku will be ensured," the Ministry added.
