More than 194,000 people worldwide were infected with COVID-19 at the end of 2024, World Health Organization (WHO) released information in this regard, APA reports.

According to WHO, 2,641 deaths from the infection were recorded in the world during this period.

The information states that from November 11 to December 8, more than 194,000 people were infected with coronavirus infection, and more than 2,600 people died from COVID-19.

WHO made the appeal, recalling that COVID remains a threat.
