"The installation of modular hospitals is due to the threat of a second wave," said Ramin Bayramli, Chairman of Board of Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) at a press conference organized by the Task Force under the Cabinet of Ministers on easing restrictions in the quarantine regime, APA reports
Bayramli said that depending on the level of threat, a decision will be made on how long the modular hospitals will remain: "Our country is at war condition and we can open and use these hospitals anywhere and at any time."
The chairman said that 548 of Azerbaijani citizens passed through the Samur checkpoint from Russia and were placed in quarantine zones: "Our citizens from abroad can be allowed to enter the country after being detained in quarantine."
Deputy Health Minister Viktor Gasimov added that the quarantine of the citizens from abroad is connected with the protection of our people’s health.
