It is claimed that a mass food poisoning incident occurred at the "Qizil Qaya" restaurant, located in the Nizami district of Baku, APA reports.
The incident took place at the restaurant, situated at 131 Mikayil Aliyev Street in the district.
It has been reported that a gathering involving approximately 34 people with disabilities was held at the restaurant. Fourteen of the participants claimed to have suffered from food poisoning.
According to the information, five of them were taken to the hospital due to the severity of their condition.
Representatives from the Azerbaijan Food Safety Agency (AFSA) have been sent to the scene.
An investigation into the matter is underway.
