Allahshukur Pashazadeh: â€œSome officials demand not to use loud-speakers for azan without any orderâ€

He said only the mosques near the hospitals and other such places couldnâ€™t use loud-speakers. â€œIf they use loud-speakers at the weddings, conferences and streets, why believers can not use it? But sometimes there are five men in the mosque and they use loud-speaker. There is no need in that. It is necessary to loud it as it needs. No one can protest it. Azan is a part of usâ€.

Pashazadeh said it was not correct to sound azan in the different times. â€œSome mosques sound azan 10 minutes early and some 10 minutes later. It is not correct. There is four-minute reserve for both Sunni and Shia. Let both Sunni and Shia to sound azan at the same timeâ€.

Pashazadeh criticized the activity of some imams. â€œThe imam is appointed that not to hear outside prayer or khutbah. He has responsibility for all speeches carrying sabotage character. The imam is appointed to do his job. But sometimes imams leave for Dubai or Iran for their private businesses. We will prevent all these cases. We are waiting for the end of re-registration of the religious communities and then together to think over these problemsâ€.
