The Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), Ramil Hasan, has addressed a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
The congratulatory letter reads:

I am greatly honored to extend my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to Your Excellency on the occasion of your birthday.
As the Leader who demonstrated the power of modern Azerbaijani statehood to the entire world with the Karabakh Victory and as a source of pride for the Turkic world, under your determined and farsighted political leadership, the Azerbaijani people have completed the statehood path laid by the National Leader Heydar Aliyev with a historic Victory, putting an end to 30 years of occupation. This magnificent achievement, while being an important turning point in our national history, has also left an indelible mark on the collective memory of the Turkic world and is a brilliant manifestation of the unity of the people, political will, and statehood determination.
On this significant day, on behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, I extend my congratulations and would like to note that the Chronicle of Victory written under your leadership has made an important contribution to strengthening spiritual solidarity in the Turkic world, fostering closer unity around shared values, and moving forward together with confidence toward the future.
