Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, AZCON Holding and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), APA reports.
The Memorandum was signed by Samaddin Asadov, Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport; Shahin Babayev, Executive Director of AZCON Holding; and Gabriela Popescu, Regional General Manager at Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited.
The Memorandum provides a framework for exploring potential areas of cooperation between the parties.
It establishes a general framework for future collaboration, while the terms and conditions of specific projects are to be agreed upon by the parties at a subsequent stage.
