The Head of state noted that we are Heydar Aliyev's followers: "Surely, taking into consideration the specificity of the situation, taking into consideration the changing world, taking into consideration Azerbaijan's modern opportunities and taking into consideration the challenges before us, we follow his path. One of the wills, that Heydar Aliyev left for us, was the restoration of territorial integrity which we implemented with honor two years ago".
