Azerbaijani President approved Protocol on establishment of Trilateral Committee on customs among Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey

Azerbaijani President has signed a Decree on approval of "Protocol on establishment of Trilateral Committee on Customs Issues among the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic, Georgian Government and the Government of Turkish Republic", APA reports.

According to the Decree, the "Protocol on establishment of Trilateral Committee on Customs Issues among the Government of the Azerbaijan Republic, Georgian Government and the Government of Turkish Republic" signed on October 8, 2021, in Izmir city has been approved.

After coming into force of this Protocol reflected in the 1st part of this Decree, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan should ensure the implementation of its regulations.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Georgian and Turkish Republic sides about the implementation of the domestic procedures that are important for coming into force of this Protocol.
