The Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Healthcare and Medical Science between the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Latvia has been approved, APA reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree to this effect.
The agreement was signed on December 4, 2025, in Riga.
Under the decree, the Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan has been instructed to ensure the implementation of the decree’s provisions, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has been tasked with notifying the Government of the Republic of Latvia that the domestic procedures required for the agreement’s entry into force have been completed.
