The “Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Rwanda” has been approved, APA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev signed a Decree on this.
After the Agreement specified in Part 1 of the Decree enters into force, the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan must ensure the implementation of its provisions, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan must send a notification to the Government of the Republic of Rwanda that the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of the Agreement have been completed.
Note that the agreement was signed in Baku on September 20, 2025.
