Baku. Mubariz Aslanov – APA. Azerbaijani MP Rafael Huseynov will leave for Paris on March 10 to attend the meeting of the PACE Committee on culture, science, education and media.
The parliament told APA that the right to internet access, the impact of new information and communication technologies on democracy, cyber security, education challenges for new generation Europeans and other topics will be discussed at the meeting.
The MP will make a speech about the issues included in the agenda and express his views on these topics.
