“There are transport radio stations in the foreign countries due to the traffic problems. We are thinking about establishing a radio on the transport management system in Azerbaijan. There is a necessity for it. The number of vehicles has increased in Baku. There is a need for a transport management radio,” he said.
The new radio will cover not only Baku, but also the entire country.
“Traffic-related problems exist not only in Baku, but also in other cities,” he said.
Chairman of the council said the first regional radio on 93.3 MHz frequency covering Ganja and the surrounding territories has already been launched, the first test broadcasts have already been made. The radio will be fully launched soon,” he said.
