According to him, the activities will be carried out basing on the abovementioned ideas. “Along with socio-political programs, we will try to show the programs dedicated to culture and arts, because everything starts with culture. Culture doesn’t mean only theatre, cinema. Culture should govern the society.”
Asked whether personnel changes are expected in Public TV, Guliyev said time will show: “Professionals should work on TV. They should have common sense and culture.”
He noted that “Culture TV” will continue operating: “Probably a new director of the TV channel will be elected. I am executive secretary of the Union of Cinematographers of Azerbaijan and will continue my activity.”
