Baku. Kamala Guliyeva – APA. Next meeting of National Television and Radio Council has been held today. The Council told APA that appeals for giving special permit (license) to Intellectual Transport Management Center on radio broadcast and to Caspian International Broadcasting Company LLC on television broadcast via satellite and organizational issues were considered at the meeting.
The NTRC decided to license Intellectual Transport Management Center for radio broadcast on the frequency of 107.7 MHz according to articles 7 (the state broadcaster) and 15.1 of the law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting".
It was also decided to license Caspian International Broadcasting Company LLC for television broadcast via satellite according to articles 29 of the law "On Television and Radio Broadcasting" at the meeting.
Member of NTRC Jabiyev Gafar Jafar was elected as a Deputy Chairman of National Television and Radio Council under paragraph 17 on National Television and Radio Council approved by the President’s Decree No. 795 dated 5 October, 2002.
