Three more Gundalik Azerbaijan correspondents interrogated in National Security Ministry

Three more officers of Gundalik Azerbaijan newspaper â€“ editor Rusvat Bayramov, journalists Natig Javadli and Gabil Zimistanoglu were interrogated in National Security Ministry regarding the criminal case launched on the founder and editor-in-chief of Eynulla Fetullayev on articles 214 (threatening with terrorism) and 283.2.2 (stirring up national, racial, social or religious enmity) of the Criminal Code, Bayramov told the APA.
Rusvat Bayramov first met with Sardar Jarchiyev leading the investigation group and following this, answered inspector Samir Aliyevâ€™s questions.
â€œI was asked about the creative atmosphere in the editorial office, the sale of the newspaper and Eynulla Fetullayev,â€ he said.
Natig Javadli told the APA that he was asked about his salary while working in Gundalik Azerbaijan newspaper and under what nicknames Eynulla Fetullayev wrote his articles.
Gabil Zimistanoglu told the APA that he was mainly asked about financial problems. He said all correspondents of the newspaper will be called to National Security Ministry and interrogated.
Chief editor of Gundalik Azerbaijan newspaper Shahveled Chobanoglu, editors Uzeeyir Jafarov, Khalid Kazimli, correspondents of Realny Azerbaijan newspaper Chingiz Sultansoy and Rauf Karimov gave testimonies concerning the criminal case in the National Security Ministry.

Editor of Gundalik Azerbaijan newspaper Uzeyir Jafarov told the APA that the appeal will ask PACE president to focus on the mentioned issues and raising the issue on Eynulla Fetullayevâ€™s release while meeting with country officials. /APA/
