Azerbaijan has concrete proposals on AZTV’s broadcasting areas

National Television and Radio Council’s member, also representative of Azerbaijan Working Group Gafar Jabiyev told APA Azerbaijan is insisting on its original proposal on broadcasting Azerbaijani and Russian channels on parity. According to him, the Working Group supports AZTV’s broadcasting in the areas with compact Azerbaijani people but no concrete territories were revealed. In the next stage of negotiations, Azerbaijan could name areas which possibly will include one of the above mentioned territories -Moscow and territory around Russia’s capital, St Petersburg, Tumen, Yekaterinburg, Dagestan and Tataristan.
