Germany’s Sachsen Fund to hold seminar for journalists from Central and Eastern Europe

Baku - APA. It is planned to hold seminar for journalists from Central and Eastern Europe in Leipzig city on September 20 â€“ October 1, 2010 by the organization of German Federal State of Sachsen (SWOK- SÃ¤chsisch-WestfÃ¤lisches OrganisationsbÃ¼ro fÃ¼r Kommunikation), Azerbaijani embassy in the Federal Republic of Germany told APA. The purpose of the seminar includes acquaintance with media organizations and situation of the media in Sachsen, information sharing on political, technologic and legal aspects of mediaâ€™s activity and visual acquaintance with radio, television and other media organizations functioning here and their methods of working. Appeals for the participation in the seminar will be received until August 20 of current year. Age limit of the applicants is 40, and they each applicant must has practice in German language in the sphere of journalism. All expenditure (arrival-departure, accommodation and living expenses) for participation in the seminar are paid by the fund. All journalists who want to take part in the seminar must appeal to the bureau. The website of the bureau is www.ssm-seminar.de, and all questions must be sent to [email protected].
