â€œAzerbaijanâ€ publication prepared within the framework of Haydar Aliyev Foundationâ€™s project presented

Baku - APA. The presentation of â€œAzerbaijanâ€ publication prepared within the framework of Haydar Aliyev Foundationâ€™s project was held at Modern Art Museum on March 18. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva also attended the event, APA reports.

There are more than 1000 photos reflecting ancient history, culture, traditions, and ethnographic features of our nation, as well as personifying past and today, modern image of our country in this book prepared for the purpose of giving detailed information about Azerbaijan. There are information and photos on Azerbaijani regions on some chapters of the book. President of the Foundation Haydar Aliyev, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva prefaced a book.

Mehriban Aliyeva provided all-round information about the publication while delivering keynote speech at the event where the state and government officials, MPs, public representatives attended.

Making a speech at the event, President Ilham Aliyev highly estimated the publication prepared by the Foundation named after national leader Haydar Aliyev.

Then, the exhibition consisting of photos was inaugurated.
