Internet-broadcasting Canaz TV presented

Baku. Elnur Mammadli â€“ APA. The ceremony of presentation of Internet-broadcasting Canaz (Can Azerbaijan) TV was held on Tuesday, APA reports. Researcher of Turkic studies Ramiz Asgar said the TV channel started broadcasting on February 1 and its goal was to popularize Azerbaijan in the world. He said there were more projects ahead.

Canaz TV manager Jamal Mammadkhanoglu said earlier he intended to buy satellite-broadcast television and negotiated with a number of TV channels put up for sale in Turkey. â€œBut cheapest TV channel was one million dollars and we had no opportunity to buy it. Therefore we created Internet-television at first. This is not for earning moneyâ€.

Mammadkhanoglu said Canaz TV wouldnâ€™t be under influence of any political party and would allocate equal time to all political forces. The television will mostly broadcast reports about the Turkic world. The manager said they were looking forward for satellite broadcasting in future.

He said they had 12-hour daily broadcasting and would pass into the 24-hour broadcasting in future.
