Freedom of Speech Protection Fund prepares Media Catalogue

Baku â€“ APA. Freedom of Speech Protection Fund (FSPF) is going to publish a brochure containing new catalogue of the Azerbaijani media organizations.

FSPF told APA the catalogue will be published in three languages â€“ Azerbaijani, Russian and English and before the publishing the fund will officially ask the media organization to give information about itself. It will contain information about the history of founding the newspaper, editor-in-chief, circulation and structure. The brochure will contain information about the printed, online and electronic media organizations.

The catalogue will published in the form of brochure and also placed on the FSPF Internet page (http://azfreespeech.az/). It will spread information about the local media organizations over the world via Internet and contribute to the popularization of the media organizations of the country. The catalogue will be shared free among the media organizations.

FSPF staff addressed the media organizations via newspapers, offered mutual cooperation and asked not to delay delivering of information about them to the fund.

FSPF was established in 2004 and carried out several large projects on the media problems so far. First chief executive of the fund was well-known journalist Mammad Nazimoglu.
