Transport Ministry: Tickets to Azerbaijan's liberated territories to be sold exclusively on "biletim.az" starting tomorrow

Since last September until February 25 of this year, 11,682 passengers have been transported on 1,270 trips along the Khankendi–Barda and Baku–Khankendi–Lachin routes, the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport told APA-Economics.

Additionally, carriers have been designated for the Mingechevir–Khankendi–Lachin and Ganja–Khankendi–Shusha routes, and passenger transportation has commenced.

Road Infrastructure and Settlement Plans
In accordance with road infrastructure and settlement plans in the liberated territories, the phased organization of new routes is planned. Currently, there are a sufficient number of routes and buses, and transportation is regulated according to passenger demand. It is also possible to travel to Shusha, Lachin, and Sugovushan by private vehicles.

Ticket System Change
Since January 2022, bus services have been operating to the liberated areas, including Baku–Shusha, Baku–Aghdam, Baku–Fuzuli, Ahmadbeyli–Shusha, and Barda–Aghdam routes. Starting from March 1, passengers must purchase tickets from the “biletim.az” portal instead of “yolumuzqarabaga.az”.
