The participation of businessmen from Tabriz in construction works in Karabakh is being discussed, Yaghoub Houshyar, the mayor of Iran's Tabriz city, told journalists within the framework of the "III Azerbaijan National Urban Forum," APA-Economics reports.
He noted that businessmen from Tabriz have a high interest in the restoration and development works carried out in Karabakh.
“There is already coordination in this area, and future participation can be further expanded. It is natural for Tabriz businessmen to join projects related to the rehabilitation of Karabakh, as well as education and infrastructure initiatives, and this is supported at the state level.”
“This cooperation will serve to bring both cities and peoples closer together,” he added.
