Azerbaijan reduces car imports from Georgia

In the first nine months of this year, Azerbaijan imported 6,367 passenger cars from Georgia, with a total value of 170.4 million US dollars, APA's local bureau reports, citing the foreign trade portal of the National Statistics Office of Georgia.

Compared to the same period last year, the number of imported cars decreased by 3,840 units, or 37.6%.

From January to September, a total of 82,527 passenger cars worth 2.1 billion US dollars were re-exported from Georgia, of which 7.72% belonged to Azerbaijan.
