Based on the "I State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan", as well as the Orders signed by the head of state, the design and construction of 45 highways with a total length of 3,382.6 km is underway to restore road infrastructure in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, APA-Economics reports.
According to the report, 1,076.1 km of the mentioned roads are of Republican importance, and 2,306.5 km are of local importance.
According to the information, so far, the construction of 7 highways with a total length of 315.9 km from the mentioned projects has been completed in full, and 1 project has been partially completed (24.2 km section of the 39.7 km Shukurbayli-Jabrail-Hadrut highway):
1. Tartar-Sugovushan-Talysh highway - 28.5 km;
2. "Zafar Yolu" - 101 km;
3. New alternative highway without entering the city of Lachin - 22 km;
4. Talysh-Tapgaragoyunlu-Gashalti sanatorium highway - 22 km;
5. Barda-Aghdam highway - 44.5 km;
6. Fuzuli-Hadrut highway - 12.3 km;
7. The 173.6-235 km section of the Hajigabul-Bahramtepe-Minjivan-state border highway with Armenia - 61.4 km.
The projects under construction are scheduled to be completed in 2025-2026:
1. Ahmadbeyli-Fuzuli-Shusha highway - 81.7 km, 4 lanes;
2. Shukurbeyli-Jabrail-Hadrut highway - 39.7 km, 4 lanes;
3. Khudaferin-Gubadli-Lachin highway - 70.4 km, 4 lanes;
4. Togana-Kalbajar-Istisu highway - 81.8 km, 2-4 lanes;
5. Kelbajar-Lachin highway - 75.6 km, 2-4 lanes;
6. Horadiz-Jabrail-Zangilan-Aghband highway - 123.6 km, 4-6 lanes;
7. Horadiz-Jabrail-Zangilan-Aghband (112 km) - construction of the state border highway with Iran (7.7 km) and automobile bridges over the Araz River;
8. Aghdam-Fuzuli highway - 65.7 km, 4 lanes;
9. R-33, Aghdam-Hindarkh-Aghjabedi highway - 44.8 km, 2 lanes;
10. Gubadli-Eyvazli highway - 28.5 km, 2 lanes;
11. Gubadli-Mahmudlu-Yazduzu-Armenian border highway - 22.3 km, 2 lanes;
12. New Gubadli-Lachin highway starting from the 33rd km of the Khudaferin-Gubadli-Lachin highway - 25.2 km;
13. Hadrut-Tugh-Azykh highway - 19 km, 2 lanes;
14. Various purpose highways in the territories of Kalbajar and Lachin regions - 1274.6 km, 2 lanes;
15. Various purpose highways in the Zangilan, Gubadli and Lachin districts – 297 km;
16. Drilling, blasting and earthworks related to the construction of the airport in the Lachin district.
In accordance with the State Program, the Agency is carrying out the construction of internal roads of 8 cities - Shusha, Aghdam, Fuzuli, Gubadli, Zangilan, Kalbajar, Jabrayil and Lachin:
1. Construction of internal roads of the city of Shusha (52 km, I stage 15.8 km);
2. Construction of internal roads of Aghdam city (189.7 km, I stage 58.7 km);
3. Construction of internal roads in Gubadli (74 km, stage I 24 km);
4. Construction of internal roads in Zangilan (32 km, stage I 15.8 km):
5. Construction of internal roads in Kalbajar (26.5 km, stage I 18.9 km);
6. Construction of internal roads in Jabrayil (44.5 km, stage I-24 km);
7. Construction of internal roads of Fuzuli city (84.7 km, I stage 18.5 km);
8. Construction and restoration of internal roads of the city of Lachin - (80 km, I stage 55.8 km)
In addition, in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, construction work is underway on 8 village roads and 6 inter-district roads:
1. Jabrayil district, Horovlu village road (2.8 km, 2 lanes);
2. Highway to Kangarli village, Aghdam district (3 km, 2 lanes);
3. Highway to Mahruzlu village, Gubadli district (0.3 km, 2 lanes);
4. Highway to Zilanli village, Gubadli district (0.2 km, 2 lanes);
5. Zangilan district, Jahangirbeyli village road (0.5 km, 2 lanes);
6. Khojaly district, Malibeyli village road (1 km, 2 lanes);
7. The highway to Umudlu village, departing from the 24th km of the Sugovushan-Sarsang reservoir-Gozlukörpu-Kalbajar highway (10.2 km, 2 lanes);
8. M-6(197 km)-Shafag station highway (11.5 km, 2 lanes, crushed stone surface, design work is underway)
9. Sugovushan-Sarsang reservoir-Gozlukorpu-Kalbajar highway - 77.6 km;
10. Khankendi-Shusha-Lachin highway – 32.6 km;
11. Sugovushan-Kalbajar (9 km) Aghdara-Aghdam highway - 33.8 km;
12. Aghdam-Asgaran-Khojaly-Khankendi highway (24 km part I technical grade) – 34 km;
13. Barda-Aghdam (40km)-Asgaran highway – 20.6 km;
14. Tartar-Aghdara highway – 24.2 km.
The total length of tunnels built on highways in the liberated territories is 70.8 km (45 tunnels), the total length of bridges is 9581.6 m (447 bridges), and the total length of viaducts is 3871 m (16 viaducts).
So far, the construction of 28 tunnels with a length of 59.6 km, 392 bridges with a length of 8339.1 meters, and 9 viaducts with a length of 1695 meters has been completed.
