The co-chairs of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Belarus — Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Samir Sharifov and Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Natalya Petkevich — together with their respective delegations, visited the second residential complex currently under construction in the city of Aghdam, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
The total area of the complex, located along the city’s main street in accordance with the approved Master Plan of Aghdam, is approximately 14 hectares. The project includes the construction of multi-story residential buildings comprising 1,268 apartments. A large part of the complex’s territory will be designated as green space. The architectural design combines modern elements with traditional national motifs.
The project also envisions the creation of necessary infrastructure facilities to ensure residents’ comfort. During the visit, the guests were briefed in detail on the progress of construction work, the phased implementation schedule, and the main features of the urban environment to be formed after the complex’s completion.
