Another bank joins Azercellâ€™s MobileBank service

Baku. Nijat Mustafayev â€“ APA-Economics. More subscribers will be able to enjoy MobileBank service offered by Azercell Telecom LLC. Since November, customers of Atabank have got the opportunity to use MobileBank service.
This move has brought the number of banks joining to MobileBank to 5 in total.
We should recall that a customer can inquire immediately into his/her bank account status, latest transactions, including any (incoming or outgoing) funds from their accounts at any time. Furthermore, subscribers will have possibility to pay their mobile phone and electric power bills by using this MobileBank service. It is possible to benefit from this service round the clock in all 7 days of week both in Azerbaijan and out of country.
Access to MobileBank service is protected by special secret code (PIN) and it is defined by the customer himself. Subscribers who hold AtaBank card can apply to Customer Care Service of Azercell Telecom LLC to join MobilBank service. Here, subscribers are given new special SIM card. Afterwards, these cardholders should fill-in the application on joining to MobileBank service and get rules manual on joining the service by applying to the customer service of the Bank. After the acceptance of his/her application, subscriber is inserted into the relevant information system and joined to the service in 2 (two) working days. After subscriber is joined to the service, he/she receives an automatic short message on mobile phone notifying about joining the service and start-up menu is loaded inside mobile phone.
Usage fees of MobileBank make 10 qapik for postpaid subscribers for each SMS sent from 7112 or 22 (twenty two) units for prepaid subscribers.
It should be recalled that so far, clients of International Bank of Azerbaijan, Respublika Bank, AGBank and Bank Standard could use this service, MobileBank service enables subscribers to waist their time and get information about their bank accounts on permanent basis. MobileBank service covers Azercell subscribers who are the cardholders of these banks mentioned above.
