He has been charged under Articles 206.4, 213-1.2.2, 213-1.2.3, and 308.2 of the Criminal Code.

Farid Usubov, head of the Port Post of the Main Customs Department for Maritime Transport and Energy Resources of the State Customs Committee, was detained by officers of the Anti-Corruption Department under the Prosecutor General’s Office.
The Press Service of the Prosecutor General’s Office confirmed the information to APA. According to the report, Farid Usubov was detained within the framework of a criminal case launched by the Anti-Corruption Department. A pre-trial detention measure has been chosen against him. Necessary investigative actions are currently underway. Additional information will be provided to the public.
