Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. Measures are being taken for removing high auto-alarms in Baku, said Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, APA reports.
According to him, the citizens addressed the ministry on it for several times: “We are taking measures. We will also take relevant measures for less using of dynamic loudspeaker. Of course the citizens also hold responsibility for it. They must consider it.â€
Minister Usubov underlined that the crime rate in Azerbaijan is under control. The stability of crime rate in Azerbaijan differs not only from CIS countries but western countries: “The guests and tourists coming to this country confess it.â€
