Construction company manager arrested in Azerbaijan

APA reports that head of the “Oscar Group†LLC Mukhtar Bayramov was arrested on swindle charges. The Department to Combat Corruption under General Prosecutor received complaints about Bayramov and determined that he got large amount of money from the citizens by swindling. The court sentenced him to pretrial detention.
