Cabinet of Ministersâ€™ former employee declared wanted for swindle and bribery

APA reports that the trial was led by Judge Afghan Hajiyev. Guliyev didnâ€™t attend the court session. Thatâ€™s why the judge passed a decision on declaring him wanted. The process was postponed till indefinite time.

During the trial held on March 1 the relatives of Guliyev phoned to the court and said that he had a heart attack and couldnâ€™t come to the court. Thatâ€™s why the court was postponed till today. His non-participation in todayâ€™s trial made judges to adopt such decision.

According to indictment, Guliyev abused the trust of the citizens and swindled many citizens under pretence of rendering legal assistance to them. Thus, Guliyev received bribe for discharge of prisoner, but didnâ€™t keep his promise. He was warned not to leave and change the place of residence. The execution of that decision was entrusted to Nizami District Police Office.

Guliyev is charged with swindle and bribery.
