He said no problem occurred in the past six days.
“The Ministry of Emergency Situations is implementing the action plan to prevent landslide. The load in the landslide mass, ground water have been reduced, the slope has been smoothed. Additional irrigation pipes have been removed. Four drainage installations must be dug in the area. Two of them have already been dug,†he said.
Niftiyev said the monitoring is being continued.
He said the situation is stable in the landslide area near Garachukhur cemetery. No changes have been observed in the past three days.
“But the process continues. Observations are being made to keep the processes under control,†he said.
