Ministry told APA that Fariz Osmanov, 26, was shot to death and Tural Nasibov, 27, was injured in the café owned by the resident of Khanliglar village of Gazakh region Dilbazi Rovshan 52. One sporting rifle without any relevant documents was seized from the site.
Drunken citizen of Ukraine Svyatodukh Anastasiya Nikolayevna 31, suspected of committing the crime and Dilbazi Rovshan were detained.
Criminal case has been launched into the fact.
