The armed scuffle happened in the café last night. Fariz Osmanov, 26, was shot to death. Tural Nasibov, 26, was injured. He was hospitalized.
The police said two suspects have been detained. One of them is the citizen of Ukraine Svyotodukh Anastasiya Nikolayevna. They are being interrogated. According to initial versions, the citizen of Ukraine committed the crime.
Gazakh region prosecutor’s office has launched criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.
