New members of Public Committee on Control of Penitentiary Service under Justice Ministry hold first meeting

Baku. Shahriyar Alizadeh â€“ APA. New members of the Public Committee on Control of the Penitentiary Service under Justice Ministry held the first meeting, APA reports. Addressing the meeting Justice Minister Fikrat Mammadov wished success to the new members of the committee. He highly appreciated the work of the public committee.

The meeting of the electoral commission was held under the Justice Minister and the final decision on new composition of the committee was passed at the meeting. According to the decision, Alimammad Nuriyev, Sahib Mammadov, Saida Gojamanli, Saadat Bananyarli, Zaliha Tahirova, Shahin Jamalov, Elmar Mamishov and Elchin Salmanov were elected members of the organization. Former member of the committee Elmira Alekberova were excluded from the composition because of her health. Saadat Bananyarli was included to the new composition instead of her.

Alimammad Nuriyev will be a coordinator of the Public Committee.

The electoral commission which determined the composition of the Public Committee includes Chairman of the Caucasian Muslim Board Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh, Chairman of the State Support Fund to the NGOs under Azerbaijani President Azay Guliyev, MP Rabiyyat Aslanova, representatives of the Supreme Court, Republic Prosecutorâ€™s Office, Justice Ministry, ANAS Institute of Human Rights.
