Novruz Nuriyev: I was told in the investigation that Rena was murdered by Zakir Nesirovâ€™s order

26 members of the gang stand trial presided by Judge Ali Seyfaliyev in the second half of the day.
Defendant Novruz Nuriyev answered prosecutor Beshir Jafarovâ€™s questions.
â€œI did not know Renaâ€™s schedule. We were together on the day when she was killed. But I learned about her death later. There are controversial points in my testimonies to the investigation on her death,â€? he said.
Then he answered prosecutor Abdulla Huseynovâ€™s questions. He said that he had no information about Rena Nesibovaâ€™s gang membership.
I did not know that Rena was a member of Huseyn Abdulvahabovâ€™s gang. I was told in the investigation that she was murdered by Zakir Nesirov ordered. But I was exerted pressure in NSM and had to confess that I killed Rena,â€? the defendant said.
Then the prosecutors read his testimonies to the investigation and analyzed them. Nuriyev denied all he said in the testimony to the investigation, because he gave tham under pressure.
Another defendant-Azer Aliyev gave free testimony and found himself innocent in the crimes.
