Seven more Azerbaijanis evacuated from Egypt, several others to be evacuated today

First secretary of the embassy Elnur Ismayilov told APA that seven more Azerbaijanis left Egypt at night, seven others are at the airport waiting for their evacuation.
â€œThe situation is tense. The seven Azerbaijanis evacuated tonight are now in Istanbul, they will leave for Baku. According to the agreement reached with the Turkish Airlines, our citizens are carried to Baku through Istanbul. Seven Azerbaijanis are at Cairo airport waiting for evacuation. Ten Azerbaijanis studying in Alexandria contacted the embassy via the hotline. Six of them will be sent to Baku today,â€ he said.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan requests the relatives of Azerbaijani citizens living or working in Egypt to contact and give them hotline phone numbers at the embassy.
