Ramil Usubov: â€œIn 2010, 33 officers were involved in serious disciplinary action. 5 of them were dismissed from the service, 1 - displaced, 1 - brought to criminal responsibilityâ€

Usubov noted that most of the complaints were related to dissatisfaction with the groundless reports drawn up by a driver who failed to pay on the spot fixed penalty of driving without a warrant and moving cars in the parking penalty due to the placement of the vehicle on the carriageway, using a special alarm or signal is not provided by the manufacturer, or the use of lighting, a telephone conversation while driving, and administrative penalties for the illegal actions of others: â€œOf course, we identify illegal, the negative actions of the road patrol service officers undertaken according to the rules of internal control. Consequently, appropriate discipline and other measures of responsibility are taken in this regard. For various law infringements 33 officers were involved in serious disciplinary action. 5 of them were dismissed from the service, 1 - displaced, 1 - brought to criminal responsibility. Of course, existence of such negative cases impact on common activity. That is why officers of road patrol service work continuously for strengthening of legislation and meeting high demandsâ€.
