As a result of the investigations carried out in the past four years, materials about 125 persons out of 200, who were captured or taken hostage during the intensive military operations, were systematized, a book “QSM-7 confirms†was published, DVD version of the book in Azerbaijani and English was released. The book contains facts about the order of the Armenian military authorities to capture them, take hostage and kill them. These facts were obtained by the relevant service of the National Security Ministry during the occupation of Kalbajar by Armenian armed units in 1993.
