On January 7, AIP Chairman Movsum Samadov was detained in Narimanov district as a result of operational search actions carried out on the basis of information received by Baku City Main Police Office on preparation of terror acts by Samadov.
Arrested Movsum Samadov and people in his car – Vagif Abdullayev, Elchin Hasanov and Huseyn Kazimov were taken measures of administrative punishment in the form arrest.
Currently, necessary operational actions are underway on investigation of the fact that Samadov threatened he will commit acts directed to preparation for terrorism by violating the public tranquility.
