The incident was recorded on January 7, at about 23.00, in Kaladahna village of Astara region on Astara-Shahagaji highway.
Tractor (07 T 080) of Astara city resident, Arif Dadashov, 37, collided with 30-year-old Khalid Gurbanov’s VAZ-2106 (43 BA 429). As a result of the accident, driver of VAZ-2106, his wife Ulkar Samad Isayeva, born in 1988, and 9-year-old son Aramiz Gurbanov died at the site. The driver Khalid Gurbanov has been taken to Astara Central Region Hospital. Though he was operated on he is still in grave condition.
Astara Region Police Office has launched a criminal case on the fact, investigation is underway.
