Criminal case has been launched on ANSP Chairman Nemat Panahli

Yesterday, unknown man rang up 102 service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and informed about that Nemat Panahli and Jeyhun threatened, as well as beat him in Mirali Gashgay Street of Nasimi district.

Identity of a man who called 102 service has been determined as a result of investigation conducted by officers of police department #21 of Nasimi district and suspected Panahli and Jeyhun, as well as plaintiff invited to the police department.

The plaintiff said at the police department that both men first insulted him in Mirali Gashgay Street, and then cudgeled him. Initial investigation defined that the plaintiff and other two men had been acquainted. Expertise has been appointed connected with the incident and criminal case has been launched under article on hooliganism of the Criminal Code.

Interior Ministryâ€™s press service also told that other actions on the criminal case would depend on expertiseâ€™s results.

It was impossible to contact with Chairman of ANSP Chairman for more detailed information.
