Caucasian Muslims Office makes a statement condemning the fact on Israeli forces attack on Turkish aid-carrying ships aiming to break the country’s siege on Gaza

It was noted in the statement that, this aggression towards peacekeepers of Azadlig navy consisting of international volunteers shook Azerbaijani citizens too: â€œDemonstration of such force by Israeli army towards civilians carrying humanitarian aid for Gaza people caused rage in Muslims of our territory.

All celestial religions sent for humanity consider necessary to aid helpless and display gallantry toward each other. And international law confirms these humanist principles. Then, use violence towards civilians and to attempt their life is improper and contrary to humanity.

We think that appropriate measures should be taken by Israeli government due to this unaccepted incident, offenders should be punished and all roads for carrying humanitarian aid to Gaza should be opened.

Basing on humanism and charity, we wish patience to relatives of killed persons during this incident and recovery to wounded persons.
