According to APA correspondent, who is at the occurrence site, 332 houses of Mursalli village are completely submerged. The dwellers leave the village.
The populations of Shikhlar and Ulajali villages, where 4-5 thousands people live, are urgently being evacuated. The rescuers of MES saved 3 persons. The household of the population is seriously damaged, the cattle are lost.
Works for fortification of the weak places of the second dam are currently in progress. The heavy machinery and lorries are involved in occurrence site. This dam is situated in 50 meters from the main road.
On the occurrence site the weather is cloudy and rainy.
The operational headquarter, under the direction of the deputy minister on emergency situations of Azerbaijan Etibar Mirzoev, operates at the occurrence site.
It should be noted, the flooded site is situated in 20 km from the center of Sabirabad district.
