The upcoming Tehran summit of the presidents of Iran, Azerbaijan and Russia will focus on the discussion of regional and international issues, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qasemi said when asked by an APA correspondent at a press conference on Monday.
He stressed the summit’s importance in terms of further development of relations between the three countries.
“During the meeting, the presidents will discuss prospects of cooperation in closely related areas,” he added.
The spokesperson did not disclose the date of the summit.
