The Minister said that the negativity in the world increased and the situation worsened in the countries where “Arab Spring" took place. “Syria is dominated by a regime which cannot govern the country. This gap in Syria was filled by terrorist organizations. The world faces with the ISIS problem and finds the ways to afford it. 12 million people were forced to leave their home in Syria. 1.7 million of them live in Turkey. This figure reached 2 million including those who came from Irag.
We are able to provide people living in the camps with everything. We spent about $ 5 billion in this direction. The international community supports us, but doesn’t help. They make racial and religious discrimination. However, we didn’t make any discrimination. We are thinking about how we can overcome the terror, bring peace in Syria, but we still don’t have a single strategic plan. We witness it in Azerbaijan and east of Ukraine. We start to feel the effects of "Cold War". We see that "Cold war" is not over. Today, Ukraine feels the effects of the “Cold war” between Russia and the West, tomorrow another country can feel it.”
